Questions

How do I restore my purchases?

Open the shop: tap Break, then the bolt chip at the end of the row of sizes, or open Settings and tap The shop. At the bottom of the shop, tap Restore purchases.

Restore brings back The hourglass and Endless wrath for the Apple Account you use with the App Store. Wrath you bought in packs is not restored this way: it stays on the device where you bought it (see the next question).

What carries over to my other iPhone or iPad?

The hourglass and Endless wrath belong to your Apple Account. They work on every iPhone and iPad signed in to the App Store with that account; if one does not show up right away, tap Restore purchases in the shop. Family Sharing is not available for them.

Bought wrath stays on the device it was bought on. It is kept in that device's keychain, so it usually survives deleting and reinstalling the app there, but it does not move to your other devices.

Your town lives on one device too. Towns are not synced between devices.

Why is there no sound?

Kingdoom follows your iPhone's silent mode: with the Ring/Silent switch (or the Action button) set to silent, the game is silent too. It also plays alongside your own music or podcasts instead of stopping them.

Check Settings › Sound and feel › Sound (follows the silent switch) in the game. The game is quiet on purpose, well under music and videos, so you may need to turn the volume up. Vibration has its own switch in the same place.

How does the wrath meter work?

Watch and Give are always free. Break costs wrath, but only when a blow lands on something built: S 1, M 2, L 3, Lightning 4, Meteor 6. A swing that hits nothing is free.

Every god has a wrath meter that refills one a minute, up to 30, even while the app is closed. When it runs dry, the line under the sizes tells you when the next one comes; tap that line to open the shop.

Wrath bought in packs goes into a reserve that never expires. The meter is always spent first, so what you bought lasts.

What is Endless wrath?

A one-time purchase that makes every blow free for good: no counting, no meter, Lightning and Meteor included. The Break chip shows ∞ instead of a number.

If you bought wrath packs before, that wrath is kept untouched. Endless wrath belongs to your Apple Account, so Restore purchases brings it to your other devices.

What does The hourglass do?

It adds 8× speed, for good. Without it the town runs at 1×, 2× or 4× (tap the speed chip to change it, hold it to pause).

Does Kingdoom send notifications?

Only if you ask it to. In Settings › News from the valley, turn on “Tell me when something is about to happen” and the town will let you know about its next festival, the turn of a season, a founder's last night or the next landmark. They are made on your device; nothing is sent anywhere.

Can I start a new town?

Yes: Settings › Found a new town…. The current town and its whole history are gone for good, so the game asks first. To found a friend's valley, use Found a town with a code… with the code from their town's card. Your wrath and your unlocks are yours, not the town's: a new town keeps them.

A purchase went wrong. Can I get a refund?

Purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are too: you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something did not arrive, try Restore purchases first, then get in touch.

alex.brazh.me

Kingdoom is made by one person, Alex Brazh. The page above links to Instagram, Threads, X, LinkedIn and YouTube, and a message on any of them reaches Alex. Say which device you have (iPhone or iPad model) and iOS version, and what happened. If something broke or felt slow, the game can attach a report: Settings › Diagnostics › Send diagnostics (it appears once the phone has prepared one, about once a day).

How we treat what you send is in the privacy policy.
